Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Manager, the role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Maintaining financial administration processes relating to the Group’s aged care and disability clients
- Reconciling receipts and payments to clients’ financial packages
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and overseeing their implementation
- Providing support and training to the organisation on financial packages
- Production of customer statements and reporting to funding authorities
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with aged and disability funding packages
- Excellent computer literacy including use of CRM and MS Office (including Excel)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts and principles
- Experience working with high volume transactions and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, highly impactful in influencing and negotiation
