The Organisation
Our client is on the look out for their next account receivable officer to join their finance team. This is a full-time permanent position based in the south side of Melbourne CBD. You will be working in a team of 5 and reporting to the Finance Business Partner.
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks will consist of the following:
- End to end accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliation duties
- Management of the Accounts receivable inbox
- Assisting with month end tasks
- Management of applications
- Credit management of debtors
- Identifying payment misallocations and other issues that may occur
The Ideal candidate
- 3+ years end to end accounts receivable experience
- High attention to detail
- Proactive candidate who likes to problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Intermediate in Excel
- D365 experience desirable but not essential
- Full working rights with no restrictions
- Great salary packaging of $80,000-$84,000+ Super
