Position Description
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing a debtors ledger of national accounts
- Allocation and receipting of payments
- Follow up on outstanding debt
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing invoices and refunds
- Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks
- Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit role, along with the following attributes:
- Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to learn & further grow your career, with a positive attitude
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Prior experience using netsuite or a similar large ERP system is highly advantageous
