Position Description
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the role will include but not be limited to:
- Autonomously managing the debtors ledger
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Daily banking
- Processing and checking all new credit applications
- Collections of overdue / outstanding payments - via phone and email
- Handle disputes and queries with both internal and external customers
- Reporting duties
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role, as well as the following attributes:
- High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
- The ability to confidently work autonomously and in a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
