Overview of key responsibilities:
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Effectively lead, manage and oversee a team of 7 staff
- Management of the day to day operations of allocating, receipting and reconciling accounts
- Ensure efficient functioning of the relevant billings operations
- Optimising existing systems and processes to achieve strategic goals
- Driving ongoing process improvement and efficiencies
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting and analytical duties
What our client is looking for:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar AR Team Leader role, within a medium sized organisation, as well as the following attributes:
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent leadership skills with an ability to positively influence & drive staff morale
- Confidence and ability to take the lead
- High level interpersonal and time management skills, with a passionate attitude
- Analytical thinking with a keen desire to improve processes
- Strong decision making and stakeholder relationship management skills
