About the Role

As an Allied Health Team Leader, you will:
  • Lead and support a team of 20 allied health professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Maintain your own clinical caseload, delivering high-quality services in homes, clinics, and community settings.
  • Mentor and empower your team, fostering personal and professional growth through 1:1 coaching, supervision, and a structured Team Leader Development Program.
  • Champion a positive team culture, client outcomes, staff engagement, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve organisational goals and contribute to the ongoing growth of the service.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Physiotherapy.
  • Current or in-progress registration with AHPRA, SPA, or AASW.
  • 3+ years of clinical experience and experience in NDIS or community-based care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Access to a vehicle and current driver’s licence; willing to obtain NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check if required.
