Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable and Admin Officer to join their accounts team on a full time five month contract. This is your opportunity to become a vital member of the team, offering a friendly working environment with the possibility to extend.
The Responsibilities
- Accounts payable & consumable payments
- Data entry, coding and processing
- Follow-up of creditor issues
- Liaising with suppliers
- Investigate and respond to customer account enquiries
- Credit card reconciliation, fleet card management, toll tags, motor vehicle registers
- Assist in managing office duties and administrative tasks
- At least two years experience with tier 2 ERP systems such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, Pronto or similar
- Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience or similar role
- Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Friendly and positive attitude
