As the Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our manufacturing assets. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering standards, implementing maintenance best practices, and maximizing the efficiency of our asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify asset improvement opportunities and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance asset longevity.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize data analytics and predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate equipment failures and optimize maintenance schedules.
  • Manage the budget for asset maintenance and recommend investments in new technologies or equipment upgrades.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing training and guidance to maintenance teams on best practices and new technologies.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering standards, maintenance best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver initiatives that factor in change management (e.g. ADKAR or similar model) and timelines allow for critical change management items)
