The Organisation:

Due to the growth of the company nationally, the business is currently looking for a motivated Banking Officer to join the Finance team on a full time permanent basis. This is an exciting role for anyone looking for their next challenge!
About the role:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Daily banking
- Process bank statements
- Assist team members with bank reconciliations
- Process credit card payments
- Receipting duties
- Assist with broader Accounts Receivable duties
- Assist with month end duties
- Handle customer queries
- Other ad hoc administration duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Banking/Accounts Receivable administration experience
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at hand
- A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude
- Customer service focused approach when liaising with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Pentana
- Prior experience in the automotive industry ideal
