Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join there team on a casual basis. This hands-on role provides essential operational finance support across the business and works closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in accounting or bookkeeping who enjoys structured work, consistency, and supporting a busy finance function.
About the Role
As a Bookkeeper, you will support the day-to-day operations of the finance function, ensuring financial records, reconciliations, payroll support, and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with month-end processes, including general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial data within ERP systems
- Processing journals in line with established procedures
- Accounts payable processing, including domestic and international supplier invoices
- Maintaining supplier and customer records
- Supporting accounts receivable activities, including debtor follow-up and rebate processing
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with BAS preparation and other tax compliance data
- Supporting payroll, PAYG, payroll tax, and FBT data collection
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records
- Assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks and external audit requests as required
You will bring a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a routine finance role.

- Reliable and consistent availability in a casual working arrangement
- Certificate IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role
- Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Payroll processing experience desirable but not essential
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience using accounting and payroll systems (ERP experience highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
