About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships, and developing strategic partnerships across a variety of channels. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Assist your clients with specification & design work
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Lead negotiations and contract development to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and meet client needs.
  • Ultimate responsibility for your budget & portfolio
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven track record in business development, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in furniture, A&D or related industries preferred but not required.
  • Passion for design is a must
