In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships, and developing strategic partnerships across a variety of channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Assist your clients with specification & design work
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Lead negotiations and contract development to secure profitable partnerships.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and meet client needs.
- Ultimate responsibility for your budget & portfolio
- Proven track record in business development, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform business strategies.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in furniture, A&D or related industries preferred but not required.
- Passion for design is a must
