About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this Business Development Manager role is responsible for driving sales growth and market strategy across Queensland. You’ll combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution, nurturing key customer relationships while identifying new market opportunities. This is a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s presence and accelerating its next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the QLD sales and marketing strategy
  • Take a proactive, hands‑on approach to sales activity
  • Lead and leverage relationships with key customers
  • Identify new channels, segments, and opportunities for growth
  • Deliver sustainable, profitable sales revenue
  • Contribute insights to broader commercial strategy
Skills & Experience
  • Experience selling through multiple channels (wholesale, retail, trade, etc.)
  • Proven success developing commercial strategies and delivering results
  • Wholesale‑to‑retail experience is advantageous but not required
  • Experience dealing with buyers and procurement teams is highly regarded
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship‑based approach
