This role will define what digital means for our client’s global business. Set and drive the digital agenda and strategy for business transformation, engage the organisation in the evolution and required cultural change, build an environment where co creation and collaboration flourishes and is supported by leaders throughout the organisation while driving swift execution ensuring all programs of work are aligned to delivering the company’s strategic business plan.
This role will report to the CEO and is a member of the Leadership Team. This role will be resourced to meet its defined priorities as agreed and will work collaboratively across the organisation to execute required programs of work.
The successful candidate will need to understand the needs of our client’s internal teams to deliver on their goals and conclude the best technology to meet those needs.
They will need to attend and represent those needs at the Architecture review board to ensure an aligned approach with back end legacy IT infrastructure.
They will need to work effectively with the Leadership Team to deliver two speed architecture with dynamic customer facing front end systems and applications while ensuring back end legacy IT infrastructure supports traditional business operations.
Skills and Experience required for the position
At least 10 years digital, eCommerce and related leadership.
At least 5 years recent experience in digital strategy.
Change and transformation management experience.
Minimum 5 years team leadership experience
