You will report to the CEO in this key business partnering role. You will be responsible for the financial administration of the business, the delivery of commercial information and as the successful candidate your role will include:  

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Management reporting and analysis for the CEO and business owners
• Interrogation of operational data to identify business drivers, growth and protection opportunities
• Deliver commercial outcomes for the business through strategy design and execution
• Drive business growth through acquisition and organic opportunities
• Lead a team responsible for general accounting, analysis, insights, payables, receivables and payroll
• Project work including an IT / system implementation scheduled for 22 / 23 FY

You will be a proven CFO and honed your skills working in the services and / or contract labour sector. You will have experience working in a private ownership model with exposure to business owners. You are a commercial finance leader with excellent business partnering skills who can manage a variety of stakeholders. Further, you will have the ability to present business analysis effectively, whilst always ensuring the integrity of the financial data.
