Job Summary As a Client Services Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Services and Planning teams, as well as external clients. You will ensure tasks are executed accurately and promptly, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Assist in printing, posting, and maintaining both physical and digital records. Ensure documents are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Timely Task Completion: Complete allocated tasks accurately and within required timelines, adhering to standards and SLAs.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, interact with customers, handle inquiries, and effectively manage complaints.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute constructively to team meetings, aiming to provide outstanding service to all teams and clients.
  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating them appropriately to the Team Leader.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve productivity, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Foster Team Environment: Promote trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
  • Operational Support: Support other team members as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience: Prior customer service or administration experience
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Communication: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Banking Experience: Experience with online banking is a plus.
