As a key business partner within the team, you will provide financial performance analysis, and you will identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and managing risks. Additionally, you will collaborate with other finance functions to meet the business’s reporting and forecasting requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include
(but are not limited to)
- Coordinate pre-month-end cost updates and communicate with FP&A.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close.
- Collaborate with business partners to perform variance analysis and provide insightful commentary.
- Prepare and submit local and regional reports, including commentary.
- Provide management reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Build robust and adaptable financial models to support rapid decision-making in a dynamic environment
- Assist business partners in identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving value engineering initiatives.
- Conduct cost analysis for products.
- Minimize audit exceptions and recommendations by maintaining strong financial controls.
The successful applicant will have experience with some or all of the below
Proven experience in a Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, ideally within an FMCG, Retail, or Supply Chain environment.
- Business or Accounting/Finance Degree (CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred).
- 3-6 years’ experience in Finance.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration skills are required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in SAP is desirable
