The finance team plays a highly strategic role in shaping performance and commercial decision making, partnering closely with senior leaders across the business.

Role Overview
This is a highly visible commercial finance role partnering directly with ELT, Directors and senior finance leaders to drive performance, strategic investment decisions, and long-term profitability.
The role sits at the centre of commercial decision making and offers exposure to major initiatives including long-range financial modelling, strategy development, and evaluation of large-scale capital investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Directors to manage P&L performance and influence strategic commercial priorities
  • Lead long-range financial modelling, scenario analysis, and ambition planning to support strategy
  • Evaluate major capital investment initiatives ($100m+), including business case development and post-investment reviews
  • Provide financial insight and challenge across key commercial initiatives, including large customer negotiations
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Commercial Finance, and Revenue Growth teams
  • Prepare executive-level presentations to support decision making across senior leadership and APAC stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial modelling, reporting, and decision support capability
Ideal Candidate
You are a highly analytical and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
You bring strong financial modelling capability and the ability to structure complex problems, translate data into clear insights, and communicate recommendations with confidence and clarity.
This role will suit candidates coming from commercial finance, strategic finance, corporate finance, or consulting backgrounds who are motivated to work in a high-impact, commercially focused environment.

Key Requirements
  • CA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Approximately 6–10 years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or consulting
  • Strong financial modelling capability including scenario modelling, long-range planning, and business case development
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence commercial decision making
  • Advanced Excel skills with exposure to Power BI or similar tools highly regarded
  • Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or large corporate environments advantageous
  • Big 4 background (Consulting, Deals, or Advisory) highly regarded
