We are representing a long standing diverse supply chain and logistics firm with a great reputation operating throughput ANZ with a sizeable property portfolio spanning the same geographic region.
 
They are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their dedicated and professional team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

This role is available on a full time or Part time basis. Our client is open to discussion with the right candidate on days of work and is flexible to suit the right candidate.

Overview of the role:

• National Portfolio management (Industrial/ commercial sites)
• Management of all stakeholder relationships
• Negotiation and execution of lease disposals / renewals / exit clauses
• Rent reviews 
• Maintenance coordination 
• Leasing duties
• Insurance and compliance
• Monitor and manage rental arrears 

The role would suit someone with:

• Certificate of Registration
• Australian drivers license 
• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial property management 
• Excellent attention to detail / resilient 
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to deliver a strong customer service 
• Outstanding organisation and time management
