Our client is a private owned Australian development group formed in Melbourne who have been in operation for 40 years.   They own and subsequently manage a diverse portfolio in the region of $200M AUD. Our client is seeking an experienced commercial PM to bolster there in house team.
  
Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Inspecting properties
• Chasing arrears
• Completing rent reviews
• Undertaking lease renewals
• Arranging repairs & maintenance
• Completing outgoings reconciliations
• Completing any Ad-Hoc duties

  
To be considered for the role:

• Holders of a valid Full Real Estate Licence preferred
• A minimum of 5 years + commercial property management experience
• A proactive approach with good initiative
• Sound financial acumen
• Good time management & organisational skills
• Excellent communication and administration skills
• Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in a Property related degree 

  
This role is ideally suited to candidates with 5 years + commercial property management experience and you will have day to day responsibility of the developers portfolio.  You will be working alongside with the wider development group and report into the Head of Development. The salary available is up to $140k total package inclusive of super.
