You will take ownership of all core accounting functions and play a key role in improving financial visibility across the business. The scope is end-to-end and will include:
- Full responsibility for monthly accounts
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management reports, P&L and balance sheet reviews
- Maintain oversight of inventory, costing and margin reporting
- Ensure compliance with tax, BAS, and audit requirements in conjunction with external advisors
- Support systems and process improvements to drive efficiency
- CA/CPA qualification (or studying towards)
- Strong accounting and Excel skills in a small company environment
- A practical, detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
- A confident and collaborative style
