In this role you will be involved in:

• Developing, implementing and supporting the Compliance Management System as part of a team
• Driving and embedding a strong compliance culture within the organisation
• Working with the business to enhance and/or implement controls, and be a strong leader across compliance 
• Providing expert compliance advice and support to the business, particularly on complex matters
• Undertaking second line compliance monitoring and assurance activities.
• Working closely with the Technology & Operations division of this organisation

To be considered for this role you will have worked closely with or within a technology division of an organisation from a compliance perspective. Exposure to Financial Services or Insurance would be advantageous but not essential. You must also have excellent analytical and communication skills. You will also have a proven ability to engage with and build relationships with stakeholders. You must also be based in Australia
