This group are a well known developer/builder that specialise in mixed use commercial developments in Victoria. They currently have a significant pipeline of work that needs to be delivered over the next five years and need a Construction Manager to look after three live projects. 

In this position you will report to the Construction Director and oversee three live construction projects. You will be responsible for managing three project manager's, ensure all set budgets and programs are being met, prepare and present monthly construction reports and manage recruitment for the three project teams.  At times you will get involved in providing expert advice to the development team on construction methodology, procurement and cost during the pre-construction phase. You will ensure all company policies relating to OH&S, Quality Assurance and site procedures are adhered to. 

To be considered for this role you will ideally have been working in a Construction Manager role or Senior Project Manager role and had multiple project teams report into you.
