Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in understanding consumer behavior, developing targeted marketing strategies, and driving brand engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors.
- Develop consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign planning.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in consumer marketing or a similar role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for consumer behavior and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
