Key Responsibilities:
As an EAP Consultant, you will:
- Provide high-quality counselling and crisis response support to individuals in workplace settings.
- Collaborate with diverse organisations to assess work-related stressors and risk factors.
- Understand and address individual and organisational factors impacting employee performance.
- Approach challenges with a commercially savvy mindset, balancing business needs with empathetic support.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, manage your workload efficiently, and showcase a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable.
- Ideally PACFA or ACA registration
- A current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
