Position Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be provided with excellent training and support, and your role will include the following duties:
- Allocation of payments
- Reconciliations
- Set up payment plans
- Daily collection calls
- Assess credit applications and set up new accounts
- Prepare debtors reports
- As well as other ad hoc duties assigned by your manager
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:
- Previous experience in a Credit and/or Accounts Receivable Officer position
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong reconciliation, negotiation and debt collection skills
