The Company 

Proudly Australian owned, our client are a unique & diverse business that manufacture, distribute and market a number of brands. 

Due to growth they are seeking a Credit Controller with an experienced background in a similar industry to join a team in a newly created role. 


Overview of the role 

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for;

  • Monitoring and collecting monies due for the supply of company goods and services.
  • Administer the Accounts Receivable records, ensuring that revenue is promptly and accurately recorded whilst maintaining financial process controls in line with company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the customers and internal stake holders.
  • Assist the Team in the overall operation of the Credit function and backing up other Credit Team members.
  • Ad hoc duties as required to assist the company.


To be successful 

Our client are seeking a candidate with the following;
  • A minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience with major customer accounts reconciliation and clearing
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service approach is essential.
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail 
  • Experience in dealing with Food Service/Small customers 
  • Ability to handle large volume
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize demanding workload
  • Team player
  • Experience in using a large ERP is desirable.
