Due to growth they are seeking a Credit Controller with an experienced background in a similar industry to join a team in a newly created role.
Overview of the role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for;
- Monitoring and collecting monies due for the supply of company goods and services.
- Administer the Accounts Receivable records, ensuring that revenue is promptly and accurately recorded whilst maintaining financial process controls in line with company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with the customers and internal stake holders.
- Assist the Team in the overall operation of the Credit function and backing up other Credit Team members.
- Ad hoc duties as required to assist the company.
To be successful
Our client are seeking a candidate with the following;
- A minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience with major customer accounts reconciliation and clearing
- Strong communication skills and a customer service approach is essential.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with Food Service/Small customers
- Ability to handle large volume
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize demanding workload
- Team player
- Experience in using a large ERP is desirable.
