Our client is a well-established and impactful organisation, with a longstanding and respectful name in the industry. They are currently looking to recruit a Credit Manager who can commence on short notice to lead a team of 4 credit officers.

Position Description
Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Manage the credit function, and oversee a team of Credit Officers
- Lead end to end credit, collections and debt management activities
- Facilitate training and up-skilling within the team
- Optimise existing processes to achieve strategic goals whilst implement new strategies to increase efficiencies
- Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes
- Develop management reporting and KPI's
- Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders
- Analyse and provide accurate creditors and debtors reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Proven leadership experience in a Credit Manager
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience in the not-for-profit or community services sector (desirable but not essential)
