Position Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager and looking after a commercial ledger, your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Following up on outstanding accounts
- Issuing credits, recharges & journals
- Handling customer queries
- Account reconciliations
- Assisting with allocating/receipting payments
- Debtor reporting
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar Credit Officer role
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to discuss problems with clients and determine solutions
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- An ability to work under pressure and prioritise urgent work.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
