The Position
- Review & report on all data analytics and trends on customer feedback
- Identify business improvement and learning & development opportunities
- Design the framework and implement a complaints handling process
- Coach and provide training & support to key stakeholders
- Ensure established processes meet company standards and compliance
- Support management team and establish a new CRM
- Travel across multiple sites within NSW therefore must have access to own car
- Previous experience in Customer Care Manager or similar role performing the above duties
- Previous process improvement and commercial transformation experience in a regulated environment
- Advances MS Office skills; Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Strong CRM systems experience & technologically savvy
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills
- Full-time salary package of $130k including super + company benefits
