About the role
Become a pivotal member of ther team as a Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist, contributing significantly to our company's success. Your duties will encompass administrative support, order management, complaint resolution, and supply chain optimization. This full-time, fixed-term role operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, providing you with a balanced work-life arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to enhance company performance.
Manage customer orders and issue sales invoices.
Monitor and communicate order status to stakeholders.
Report problems and propose solutions for sales orders.
Ensure accurate pricing and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with Supply Chain for efficient order delivery.
Handle customer complaints promptly.
Requirements
Expereince in the logistics or warehousing industry
A willingness to learn and a positive attitide
Excellent communication skills
Must have full working rights in Australia
Experience in a similar positon
SAP experience is advantageous
