The Role
In this inbound, consultative sales role, you will support families by guiding them through available burial and cremation options with care and professionalism. You’ll balance empathy with commercial outcomes, delivering exceptional service while achieving targets.
Your work helps families feel informed, supported and confident during important decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Guide families through products, services and pricing
- Conduct tours and explain available options
- Manage the full sales process including agreements and payments
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and follow all compliance and HSE procedures
- Represent the organisation positively in the community
- 1–2 years’ experience in face-to-face sales, ideally in a consultative environment
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and guide customers through important decisions
- Confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence
- Able to handle sensitive and sometimes emotionally charged conversations
- Comfortable discussing end-of-life services with maturity and care
- Willing to undergo required background checks
- Strong training & onboarding—industry experience not required
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of $100K–$120K + Super
