The role:
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service
- Completing administrative after call tasks such as generating quotes and setting up accounts
- Managing chat-based enquiries though email and website channel
- Using HubSpot CRM and other NDIS based software platforms
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as sales and dispatch teams on behalf of customers
- Experience in phone-based customer service, admin, or a similar role.
- Great communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, solutions focused and empathetic towards vulnerable customers.
- Comfortable speaking with people with disabilities or chronic conditions.
- Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
