In this hands-on role, you’ll manage the full customer journey from order entry through to delivery and resolution partnering closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately in SAP and provide timely confirmations
- Monitor order progress and collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Liaise professionally across departments to troubleshoot issues and support quality outcomes
- Deliver end-to-end customer support for local and APAC customers
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and regional offices
- Step in on additional tasks and projects to support team and business priorities
- 2–3+ years’ experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word, with SAP experience essential
- Automotive aftermarket knowledge (Highly regarded)
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy and time management
- Positive, proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach
