Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Administrators who are multi-skilled. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to;
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering high volume calls and emails
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Extensive data entry of processing orders 
  • Filing, printing and scanning
  • Booking and coordinating video conferences
  • Other ad hoc duties as per directed 
Skills / Experience
  • Experience working in a Customer Service/Administration role is essential
  • Computer literate to intermediate/advanced level including (Excel, MS office suite & internet)
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
  • Good written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
