Our client is a well established business with offices throughout Australia. They require a strong customer service specialist to help supervise a team of 12 based out of their office in Botany. The role will be working in a high volume, fast paced environment, and ideally looking for a urgent start to ensure a quality handover. You'll be reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager.

The role will be working in a high volume, fast paced environment, and ideally looking for a urgent start to ensure a quality handover. You'll be reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager.
The Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Work effectively with staff and other support functions to achieve customer service outcomes
- Process sales, order entry and credit card processing
- General administrative tasks
- Manage and lead the team on a day to day basis, and be able to provide training and on boarding.
- Specialist in Customer Service and ideally have some experience with supervising/leading a team
- Proficiency in a consumer oriented environments managing high volume transactions
- FMCG/Retail experience an advantage
- Ideally immediately available.
