About the Client
Our client is a well established business with offices throughout Australia. They require a strong customer service specialist to help supervise a team of 12 based out of their office in Botany. The role will be working in a high volume, fast paced environment, and ideally looking for a urgent start to ensure a quality handover. You'll be reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager.

The Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Work effectively with staff and other support functions to achieve customer service outcomes
  • Process sales, order entry and credit card processing
  • General administrative tasks
  • Manage and lead the team on a day to day basis, and be able to provide training and on boarding. 
The Successful Applicant: 
  • Specialist in Customer Service and ideally have some experience with supervising/leading a team
  • Proficiency in a consumer oriented environments managing high volume transactions
  • FMCG/Retail experience an advantage 
  • Ideally immediately available.
