Project Manager (Cyber Program) 
Contract role - Initial 6 Months + Extension
Location: South Brisbane  
 
About your role: 
Working hand in hand with the Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, including other Project Coordinators and Managers across the Program. You will oversee a range of projects simultaneously across small to medium size scales, managing the entire process from design and development to facilitation and implementation.

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role (6-8+ years)
Key responsibilities: 
  • Offer strategic project management guidance and specialised expertise to the Group. This involves generating and presenting weekly summaries of project team activities and reporting on crucial milestones to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver advanced and intricate guidance on policies and procedures, actively participating in their conception, refinement, and execution.
  • Assist in strategic project/program planning by collaborating with the Senior Manager/Director and governance committees.
  • Assign suitable resources to authorised projects, efficiently organise and oversee project schedules within the program to ensure timely and effective delivery while maximising resource utilisation.
  • Oversee the team's daily operations, manage ongoing enhancements in service delivery and operational efficiency to meet set objectives.
  • Guide, manage, and mentor team members to ensure they adhere to best practices, including compliance with company policies and procedures, while also providing coaching for their development.
  • Oversee and guarantee that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, including those pertaining to the closure of projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of final project reports, which document and critically evaluate the process of designing and implementing the agreed-upon program of initiatives.
  • Be a representative of the principles and values, serving as a role model by consistently demonstrating fairness, ethics, and professionalism in behavior, actions, and communication.
