This group have been developing a diverse range of High end residential residential projects for the last 10 years in Sydney. They place a high importance on quality and hold onto the majority of their assets. This is a newly created role to manage the design process post town planning approval and throughout construction delivery. 

In this position you will manage design consultants and ensure all documentation is correct pre construction delivery. You will manage all RFI's, document control and ensure all technical requirements are met.

To be considered for this position you will ideally have been a design manager for a builder or have been a project lead/architect throughout the construction delivery phase. It is essential that you can work collaboratively with external design consultants and the in-house construction team.
