Work on an IVR solution and other key DevOps based projects.
- AWS connect virtual call centre technology (good to have).
- Strong with AWS - CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud formation - write pure cloud formation
- Devops - align with a software engineer – software development background
- 3+ years’ experience delivering and/or supporting AWS cloud solutions.
- Exposure to SAML for identity management authentication
- Exposure to call centre operating environments and IVR call flow programming.
- Agile experience
- Demonstrable experience with multiple scripting or development languages including at least one object-oriented language.
- 1+ years’ experience with AWS serverless development including Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM, S3
- Experience with agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Experience in Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, JIRA SD) well regarded.
