Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role offers a high level of exposure across multiple marketing channels, this role requires an individual with superior attention to detail, a focus on the customer, and a proven ability to effectively deliver multiple initiatives in parallel.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across traditional offline and digital channels
- End-to-end campaign planning, management and execution across multiple channels – email (automated and campaign), direct mail and extensive digital placements including on-site, mobile app and social
- Manage relationship with internal partner and product teams
- Project management of new capability development and back-end system enhancement
- Reporting, campaign analytics, insights and testing (offer and segmentation) across channels
- Manage relationship with internal data teams to ensure on time and accurate delivery of data for eDM and DM campaigns
- Liaise with external creative agencies to ensure quality of work and on time delivery of creative assets
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- Digital Marketing and campaign management experience
- Project management skills - proficient at time management and campaign co-ordination
- Superior multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively
- Solution-oriented individual with superior analytical, creative and problem solving skills
- Strong communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Ability to drive results and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
