About the Role

- Create, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and increased revenue.
- Conduct in-depth market research to inform e-commerce decisions, focusing on customer profiles and buying behaviors.
- Analyze customer demographics to tailor marketing strategies that drive online revenue.
- Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI on campaigns.
- Develop e-commerce campaigns in collaboration with retailers to enhance online sales performance.
- Significant proven experience in a marketing position with strong e-commerce experience.
- Strong presentation skills required, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience planning and executing digital / ecommerce strategies and plans
- Experience in creating an e-commerce road map with purpose and strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to identify effective creative to achieve the agreed outcomes of the campaign.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based manner to achieve agreed objectives.
- Strong understanding of the end to end customer/passenger journey.
