Role Purpose & Scope     
  
This role is to assist the Ecommerce Manager in provide business administration, analytical support and manage brand presence digital retailers.

Events

• Working with Ecommerce Manager to strategize campaigns on retailers to support events
• Coordination of retailer activation plan and maintaining Events & Activation calendar
• Work with creative agencies to execute merchandising strategy on retailer platforms to drive conversion and achieve internal KPIs, including visual merchandising for promotional landing pages.
• Post-campaign analysis and reporting to assess against digital KPIs and commercial objectives. Develop learnings for future campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, local agencies, and overseas counterparts to understand best practice for the key content levers within eCommerce and assist in the implementation of these where relevant 

Performance Marketing

• Lead PM strategy to ensure achievement of 30% share of search in all key relevant search terms – Organically and paid.
• Lead relationship with PM agency to ensure best return over investment and achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Manage PM budget to the year, to ensure good spent rate.
• Help in the management and analytic reporting of PM advertising campaigns on retailer platforms

Sales and Reporting

• Collate, Analyze and Interpret sales data to identify trends/opportunities.
• Help to develop short- and long-term channel strategy.

TTL execution

• Alignment with Precision marketing Lead and brand teams to ensure best in class TTL execution
• Help and support ABL campaigns with ecommerce adaptations.
