A global leadership advisory firm is expanding its consulting team in Melbourne with a pivotal Engagement Manager role focused on developing and deepening relationships with major enterprise clients. This is an opportunity to join a high‑performing, intellectually curious group that blends psychology, strategy and organisational insight to help CEOs and boards shape world‑class leadership teams. You’ll work across complex, high‑impact projects, contribute to thought leadership, and play a central role in scaling strategic accounts within a collaborative organisation. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic client development across priority accounts, shaping engagement plans and embedding the firm’s leadership solutions at scale.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end project management for major consulting engagements, ensuring resources, timelines and deliverables are aligned for exceptional client outcomes.
  • Lead account performance tracking and cross‑team coordination to strengthen relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2–5 years’ experience in strategy, organisational or management consulting, ideally with exposure to leadership, transformation or people‑focused work.
  • Academic grounding in psychology / human capital and organisational development.
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and operate in demanding, matrixed environment.
