Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic client development across priority accounts, shaping engagement plans and embedding the firm’s leadership solutions at scale.
- Oversee end‑to‑end project management for major consulting engagements, ensuring resources, timelines and deliverables are aligned for exceptional client outcomes.
- Lead account performance tracking and cross‑team coordination to strengthen relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
- 2–5 years’ experience in strategy, organisational or management consulting, ideally with exposure to leadership, transformation or people‑focused work.
- Academic grounding in psychology / human capital and organisational development.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and operate in demanding, matrixed environment.
