As the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining engineering and maintenance excellence, overseeing department activities, and coordinating projects to ensure optimal plant performance. With a focus on safety, quality, and innovation, you’ll lead a talented team to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct engineering department activities and coordinate projects to design new capital works and improve production techniques.
- Oversee & supervise the physical maintenance and repair of all operating site equipment to deliver a reliable plant operating within control.
- Demonstrate an active involvement in and support for company initiatives, both locally and globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement preventative and planned maintenance programs through collaboration with production and propose plant modifications for improved efficiency.
- Champion safety initiatives and contribute to plant safety improvements.
