- Lead a team of 3 intermediate estimators, all pricing work from $10 million - $60million.
- You will be responsible for taking tenders from start to tender submission.
- You will ideally have experience working on commercial or apartment tenders
- It is essential that you have a strong network of sub-contractors in Victoria and have strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Will also be essential that you have an understanding of the Program, Prelim's & supervision
