About The Role
-    Manage the tender process from start to finish
-    Mentor junior estimator
-    Work closely with the directors and have input in company strategy
-    Develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Your Background
-     Commercial estimating experience, ideally 5+ years
-     Experience tendering projects up to $30m
-     Confident communicating
-     Eye for detail
-     Build rapport and relationships

You will receive
-     $150k - $200k package
-     Autonomy over tendering and work load
-     Junior estimator to assist
-     Opportunity to impact strategic direction of company
