We’re on the lookout for a switched-on Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant to join a high-performing, supportive team and provide top-notch support to a dynamic Managing Director. Responsibilities
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly for the Managing Director and team. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing busy diaries and emails
- Booking meetings, appointments, and coordinating schedules
- Keeping internal databases up to date
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Following up with clients and staying across key touchpoints
- Attending meetings and keeping everything on track
- Pitching in with general ad hoc support whenever needed
- Proven experience in senior administration, team support, or EA/PA roles
- Confidence preparing professional reports and presentations (Word and PowerPoint whizzes, we’re looking at you!)
- Exceptional communication and grammar skills — attention to detail is key
- Experience managing diaries, meetings, travel bookings, and expenses
