About The Role:

Our client is currently seeking a proactive, flexible, and strong team player to join the Office of the Chief Transformation & Technology Officer on a permanent full-time basis as a Personal/Executive Assistant.

This role will be pivotal in supporting the CTTO in achieving company-wide goals and objectives and ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation. The company is a global leader in English language testing for healthcare professionals, you will be joining a team that prides itself on providing an inclusive workplace and working alongside senior leadership daily, so the ability to work at a high level is essential.   
  
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Supporting the Chief Transformation & Technology Officer in achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management, ensuring you are coordinating resources and processes to expedite workflows.
  • Manage communication with employees, liaising on various projects and tasks.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the CTTO’s priorities and competing demands are effectively managed and met.
  • Prepare for and manage meetings, by reviewing, collating, and formatting documents including organising actions and follow-up.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with all materials, showing discretion and good judgment.
  • Organise team communications and planning of wider team events both internally and offsite.
Skills/Experience:
  • Experience in a senior administrative role where you have reported directly to senior management.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple projects on the go.
  • Strong technical skills and overall proficiency with office productivity tools. You will have the capability to pick up new software and platforms easily.
  • Proactive mindset, able to adapt well to change and challenges as they come your way.
  • Always providing a high level of confidentiality regarding information related to the company and its employees.
