The opportunity:
The CEO will oversee the organisation & team and will report directly to the Board. You will be responsible for the financial and operational management of the business and lead the team to meet objectives and KPIs. Additionally, you will harness the immense potential in the organisation to grow membership and customers and work hand in glove with the Board to drive change that will uncover alternative revenue streams and growth potential. As a leader of people, you will improve structure, build team capability and culture, drive business development and brand enhancement and review investment in technology and training.
  
Your experience:
To be successful you will have proven financial services experience at a senior level. You might be seeking your first CEO role as an Executive in a larger bank or you are a CEO currently looking for a new challenge. Experience in mutual banking and a CPA or CA qualification is highly desirable. A strategic thinker you can predict future trends and set the vision for the organisation. A people leader you are authentic in your approach, and you can inspire a team to implement your plan and reach organisational goals. You are a change advocate and have proven experience leading teams and organisations through transformation and growth. Paramount is your banking skills and your understanding of BEAR (Banking Executive Accountability Regime) and experience working with APRA.
