The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Finance Business Analyst to join a dynamic finance team in NSW. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site across multiple locations. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment where your insights and analytical skills will drive meaningful improvements and help shape business strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance across multiple Distribution Centres in Sydney, identifying key drivers, impacts, and recommending corrective actions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Publish accurate, timely financial and non-financial reports and targets, collaborating with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Performance Presentations: Deliver high-quality weekly and monthly business performance presentations, clearly articulating key drivers and insights.
- Forecasting Cycles: Support the delivery of Monthly Forecasts and Annual/Quarterly Delivery Cycles to teams and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with a range of stakeholders to review and challenge business performance drivers.
- Process Improvement: Enhance the timeliness and quality of reporting through automation and process improvements.
- Professional Qualification: CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience in logistics or warehousing is highly desirable.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to various sites across Sydney as required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, TM1 GCP, and financial modelling.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, storyboarding, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience.
