The Role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for partnering with a range of operational stakeholders, providing value adding commercial advice. Specifically, your duties will include:
- Partner with the Commercial function to support the interpretation of monthly financial results
- Support the development and on-going refinement of the CPM process and model
- Support the Finance Manager in analysing business performance to provide financial and commercial insight on sales and various margin level, including volume, price, cogs and mix analysis to drive improved margin across all business units’ customers and portfolio
- Review and analyse financial and non-financial data to identify trends and variances to assist the Commercial team to make informed decisions relating to financial management and performance
- Support the finance activities for the business including supporting the annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts
- Build a culture of customer service and stakeholder engagement to improve outcomes for key stakeholders
